KAM Services Limited provides independent can seamer servicing and overhaul support for food, beverage and pet food manufacturers. Based in Wigan, we support production sites across the UK and internationally, with work scoped around machine condition, operating requirements and planned shutdowns.
From inspection to reassembly
Work can include inspection and overhaul of lifter assemblies, chuck spindles, knockout rods, seaming levers and end feed equipment. The agreed scope may also cover drive assemblies, timing checks, lubrication and wear assessment. Findings help identify components requiring attention before reassembly and setup.
Setup and production support
Following maintenance, machine timing and tooling settings are checked against the applicable machine, can and end requirements. Seam inspections and production trials support the return to service, with findings and reference settings recorded as agreed.
